1.Do you sell directly to the public?
Yes, but only for products safe for consumer use. Professional use products are sold to healthcare professionals or licensed vendors.
2.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT, cash, and "Scan to Pay" at our offices. Customers may apply for a 30-day account after three months of regular sales.
3.How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are ready for pickup within 2 hours once payment is confirmed. Emergency orders are prepared immediately with prior arrangement.
4.Where do you ship/deliver to?
We deliver internationally. Prices are quoted EXW Durban, with delivery added as an additional charge.
5.Can I collect my order in Durban?
Yes, orders can be collected from our Head Office in Glen Anil, Durban.
6.Can I return my order for a refund?
If there is a supplier or product issue, we will replace the goods or provide a full refund. Non-supplier issues incur a 10% handling fee and must be returned within 7 days.
