To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Should the item be defective as a result of product or supplier fault a 20% handling fee will apply. Should Dynamed be at fault for supplying defective products, we will ensure to provide a like-for-like product. If we are unable to do so, you will be eligible for a refund. Returns need to be made within 14 days.
